CTE Experiences

“I was able to access Advanced Placement classes not available in my home school and better prepare myself for college,” 2016 New Visions: Law & Government graduate Alex Wilgocki of Mohonasen told an aid for Sen. George Amedore during legislative meetings last spring.

“Attending CTE gave me a goal, a drive to push myself. Before I came here to CTE I was kind of a slacker,” said 2012 Mohonasen graduate Brandon Day, a culinary specialist in the U.S. Navy. “At CTE I learned skills that I felt comfortable doing and enjoy. … I have more knowledge and skills from CTE than I get to use in the Navy, but I do have opportunities to experiment.”
