Important info: Graduates should arrive by 11 a.m. and report to Key Hall, which is immediately adjacent to Proctors Main Stage. Graduates will be looking for designated staff members. These adults will be waiting for them to confirm their attendance and help to line them up for the processional.
Conferring of diplomas: Seniors who are a part of the graduation program will be seated on stage, and will be called first, alphabetically, to receive their diplomas. After conferring diplomas upon all seniors on stage, all other seniors will be called alphabetically.
Seating: The theatre will be open for families and spectators starting at 11 a.m. Seating for graduates, faculty and staff will be reserved and marked. All other seating is first come, first served. Please call Ms. McDonough at (518) 356-8307 to reserve accessible seating. In some cases, there are no companion seats right next to the wheelchair slot, but the companion seats are very nearby.
Parking: Free parking is provided compliments of Mohonasen and LAZ Parking.
Graduation regalia: All potential graduates should have a graduation cap and gown, and any related honor cords, medals, or regalia. Any potential graduate without a cap and gown should call Ms. McDonough at (518) 356-8307. Students may decorate the tops of their graduation caps. All decorations should be school appropriate and compliant with the Code of Conduct.

Noisemakers, etc: Guests should refrain from bringing beachballs, noisemakers, large signs, or anything else that could negatively impact the ability of other guests to enjoy the ceremony. Helium balloons, confetti and glitter are not permitted within the theatre.
Diplomas: At the time of graduation, students will receive a diploma cover. Graduates or designees may collect diplomas at the high school on Monday June 29 and Tuesday June 30 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. provided that they have resolved any fees or fines, returned missing items, and returned loaned materials. Diplomas will not be handed out until all obligations have been met. Diplomas will be handed out via a drive up kiosk in front of the high school. Diplomas may also be mailed or collected on another day that the office is open.

Concessions: Food and drink are not permitted. There will be no concessions.
Flowers: Flowers for graduates will be available for purchase compliments of the PTSO. All proceeds will benefit the PTSO. This year there is an option to pre order flowers and stuffed animals to be picked up the day of graduation. They may also be purchased on graduation day.
