On Wednesday, October 8, grade 8 students attended Career Jam at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). They explored interactive career displays and connected with more than 20 professionals from a variety of fields. Prior to the event, students completed a Career Interest Survey to help identify their skills, strengths and potential career pathways. They also enjoyed a guided tour of the HVCC campus.
“Thank you to Mohonasen administration and the Mohonasen Foundation for Excellence for continuing to give our eighth graders this experience each year,” said Draper counselor Angie Santabarbara.
