Mohonasen is proud to recognize five students who were selected to participate in the highly competitive New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) All-State Music Festival, held in December in Rochester, NY.
Students from across New York State were chosen for this honor based on outstanding solo adjudication scores earned last spring. Selection into an All-State ensemble represents the highest level of achievement for student musicians.
This year’s Mohonasen All-State musicians are:
- Laurel Karp and Evan Pena Ramirez – Mixed Choir
- River Calderon and Miya Gomez – Women’s Choir
- Greyson Soto – Symphonic Orchestra
