Building a foundation for school success
Mohonasen Central School District is preparing to offer tuition-free, full-day universal prekindergarten (UPK) for eligible children during the 2027-28 school year through approved community partner locations.
Children must reside in the Mohonasen district and turn 4 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2027. If the number of eligible applications exceeds available seats, the district will use a random selection lottery. Mohonasen will not provide transportation to or from UPK program locations.
The program is currently under development, and the district will share updates when applications become available.
