Unified Basketball spring season game dates announced

Mark your calendar for this season’s Suburban Council Varsity Unified Basketball games! The Unified Sports program is a collaboration between the New York State Public High School Athletic Association and the Special Olympics that aims to encourage interaction and sportsmanship between students with and without intellectual disabilities.

This spring, three games will take place at Mohonasen – and fans are invited to participate in our special home-game themes this year. All games begin at 4:15 p.m., and the full schedule is as follows:

May 8 (Monday) at Columbia High School
May 11 (Thursday) at Guilderland High School
May 15 (Monday) at Mohonasen High School – “Orange Crush” theme; wear orange
May 18 (Thursday) at Cohoes
May 24 (Wednesday) at Mohonasen High School – “Black Hole” theme; wear black
May 31 (Wednesday) at Mohonasen High School – “Senior Night;” wear orange and black
