Mohon grad speaks to high school tech students

Graduate Emily Bascom spoke to students in George Reluzco’s Intro to Engineering Design class this month.

Emily recently finished her first year at University of Washington where she is majoring in Infomatics, a branch of Computer Science.

“She did an awesome job describing her high school experience, choices for HS classes, how she selected and applied for college and what the college experience has been like so far,” Mr. Reluzco said. “Her confidence, poise and speaking skills really amazed me and our kids asked many great questions. This was a great experience for our 9th and 10th graders.”
