Important: Learning Mode Change Form Deadline for Bradt, Pinewood

Learning Mode Survey Information

Bradt and Pinewood are beginning the process of planning for Trimester 2. If you are interested in making a change in your child’s instructional format, ie “in-person to virtual” or “virtual to in-person”, please complete this form.

If you are not requesting a change in format, you do not need to complete this form.

This form must be completed by Friday, Nov., 6. If we don’t receive a response by this deadline then you will default to your child’s current Trimester 1 placement. If you have any questions, please be sure to contact the main office or reach out by email at your child’s respective school. Below is the contact information for both buildings:
