Senior Nathaniel Finke performs at All-State Mixed Choir

Mohonasen senior Nathaniel Finke participated in the NYSSMA All-State Mixed Choir Nov. 30-Dec. 3 in Rochester, N.Y.

Nathaniel was selected for this prestigious event based on his level 6 NYSSMA score last spring.  Over the weekend, he performed with approximately 280 singers from across the state and worked with an expert conductor.  The students rehearsed for three days before performing a concert Dec. 3 at the Eastman School of Music.

“The Mohonasen Music Department is very proud to have Nathaniel represent the district at the All-State Festival this year,” said Nicole Gabriel, Mohonasen High School Choral Director.
