Elementary Science Fair proves to be fun for all
More than 150 students in grades K-5 participated in Mohonasen’s first-ever Science Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Pinewood School. Students chose a variety of problems to solve, experiments to test and projects to make and shared their discoveries with friends, family and members of the community.
“The Science Fair was designed to inspire curiosity and interest in the scientific method and experimentation,” said Makensie Bullinger, Mohonasen’s academic administrator for science and technology. “It was exciting to see the variety of projects on display. The young scientists certainly worked hard to create their projects.”
