Draper collects pajamas for Christmas Eve
For the second year, Draper teachers and seventh-graders selected the Capital District Pajama Promise as one of their community outreach initiatives. They collected lots of children’s and adult’s pajamas, which will be distributed to places such as Things of My Very Own, Albany Medical Center Children’s Hospital, YWCA, Northern Rivers and Head Start.
The Pajama Promise strives to collect pjs for people to wear on Christmas Eve, and those involved at Draper plan to continue the tradition next year. They say they feel proud to donate to such a worthy cause.
