The 7th Grade teams at Draper Middle School chose the Christmas Pajamas Project as the focus of their community outreach this holiday season. Seventh grade students and teachers spent three weeks collecting pajamas and books for children as part of the Christmas Pajamas Project for Capital District children.
The Christmas Pajamas Project was started in 2013, and focuses on making sure all children have pajamas to sleep in on Christmas Eve. Draper’s donations will be delivered to the collection site on Dec. 14.
This is a perfect example of the district’s theme for 2017-18, “Modeling a Culture of Thoughtfulness.” #ItStartsWithUs
