On Tuesday, May 17, Mohonasen residents will go to the polls to vote on a $48.37 million budget for next school year. The proposal carries a tax levy increase of 2.21 percent and results in a tax rate increase of 0.76 percent. Residents will also be asked to elect two candidates to the Board of Education. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the high school gym.
