As part of his “Reading, Writing and Rhyming” tour, Country 107.7 WGNA FM host Richie Phillips recently joined Brenda Stahl’s science class at Draper. Sixth graders and their teachers enjoyed Medieval Day in May. Students learned about fencing techniques and medieval-era weapons, participated in a blacksmith demonstration and much more. After a medieval lunch, student costumes were judged.
