Like many schools around the region, Mohonasen is facing a serious shortage of bus drivers. If you or someone you know might be interested in a part-time job, please contact our Transportation Department at 356-8260.
Mohonasen provides free training for the required CDL Class B license. Our bus drivers typically work two shifts each day, from 6:45-8:45 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. There is also need for a driver interested in working a 2:30-4:30 p.m. shift only. The beginning salary is $12.06/hour (plus health benefits for those working 20 hours/week). This is a great job for reliable drivers who like working with kids in our community and could use a part-time income.
Recently retired? Many of our current bus drivers say the job keeps them busy — but not too busy to enjoy their retirement!
