1960's Mohonasen Fashion
In the years past,
fashion has changed a lot. Fashion is a big part of middle school and high school life.
Most teenagers are very aware of looking the best for school and everywhere else.

GIRLS
In the early 60's, girls were still wearing very long skirts and dresses. Later,
gogo boots and mini skirts were the ultimate
fashion for girls. It was a big deal to decide whether or not a girl's skirt was too
short. Certainly, pants were not allowed. It was a big deal in the 70's girls were allowed
to wear pants suits. Peace Signs, Flowerpower, and Happy faces were all the rage in the
1960's and early 70's. |

GUYS
At first guys had really short hair, crew cuts, and flat-tops. By the late 60's,
boys started to grow their hair long. Boys wore jewlery with peace signs and wore tie-dye
shirts. Bellbottom pants were also a hit for boys. When the boys tried to look older, they
wore polyester leisure suits--Very mod, just like the colors on this web page!
