Swim Club Important Information
Please bring all registration and suit information to the pool on May 11. Swimmers must first tryout for the team to determine appropriate placements.
IMPORTANT: Returning Swimmers Only
Returning swimmers do not need to attend registration on May 11. Please mail all registration information and checks to by May 8: Echo Lake Fernandez, 1 Wollner Ln. Rotterdam Junction, NY 12150.
Swimmers cannot swim unless the Registration
is completed and registration is PAID.
Any Swimmer who wants to swim at meets only can do so as long as
they have completed a registration form and paid the full set fee
for the entire season.

Swimming Only: $165
Diving Only: $165
Swimming & Diving: $215
Practice Information & Reminders
1. Swimmer should arrive at pool area 10
minutes earlier than their scheduled practice time.
2. All swimmers must have goggles and girls must have swim caps
3. All swimmers should bring water bottle to all practices
4. Practices are closed to parents- until there is a scheduled open
practice at which time the mezzanine will be open for parents to
watch
Practice Times:
Swim Team
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-7 p.m.
These practices are split up between group levels; to be determined at a later date
Diving Team
Monday-Friday: 4-5:15 p.m. (state date not yet determined)
Other Information
The Pool will be closed in the event of any thunder and lightning storms
Parents MUST Volunteer at meets, needed at both Home and Away
A Mailbox folder is setup for every swimmer and is used to get information to parents that are unable to attend parents meeting or other VERY important information.
E-mail address are used to send information regarding club information
If a swimmer is unable to participate in any Swim Meet - Please remember to sign the “Cannot be at meet sheet” that is located in a binder in the mailbox – must complete this at least 3-4 days before the swim meet
In case a swimmer is unable to attend a meet because of illness, must call the meet coordinator.
