Swim Club Important Information
Tryouts are held Oct. 29 during practice from 6-7 p.m. Please proceed to the registration table in the hall outside the pool.
IMPORTANT: Returning Swimmers Only
Returning swimmers register online or mail all registration information and checks by Oct. 26 to Carolyn Gemmett, 32 Kelly Lane, Schenectady, NY 12306. Checks made payable to: Marlins Swim Club
Swimmers cannot swim unless the Registration
is completed and registration is PAID.
Winter 2012-13: $185 per swimmer, which includes required team suit and cap. Family discounts are available.
Practice Information & Reminders
1. Swimmer should arrive at pool area 10
minutes earlier than their scheduled practice time.
2. All swimmers must have goggles and girls must have swim caps
3. All swimmers should bring water bottle to all practices
4. Practices are closed to parents- until there is a scheduled open
practice at which time the mezzanine will be open for parents to
watch
Practice Times:

Red Group (Beginner): Monday & Wednesday, 6-7 p.m.

White Group (Intermediate): Tuesday & Thursday, 6-7:30 p.m. and Friday, 6-7 p.m.

Blue Group (Advanced): Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6-7 p.m. and Tuesday, Thursday, 6-8 p.m.
Groups will be determined at tryouts.
Other Information

Parents MUST volunteer at meets, needed at both home and away

A mailbox folder is setup for every family for ribbon distribution.

E-mail address are used to send information regarding club information.

If a swimmer is unable to participate in any Swim Meet, please indicate on the swim meet section of the team website.

In case a swimmer is unable to attend a meet because of illness, must call the meet coordinator.
