Qualifications:
LIFEGUARD *Minimum requirement 15 years of age
Required Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer (good for one year, American Red Cross or equivalent); Life guarding (good for 3 years, American Red Cross or equivalent)
WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR *Minimum requirement 16 years of age
Required Certifications: Water Safety Instructor (American Red Cross or equivalent); CPR/AED (FPR-American Red Cross or BLS-American Heart)
WATER AEROBICS INSTRUCTOR
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor; Experience in water or floor aerobics; American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
SWIM COACH
Required certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer; Lifeguarding/Standard First Aid; Age group coaching experience with competitive USA swimming, YMCA and/or college swimming experience; Water Safety Instructor certifications and Coaching certifications a plus.
