 Over
the past two weeks, students from Miss Lanoue's and Mrs.
Joseph's High School Developmental Skills class and Miss
Marshall's Middle School Developmental Skills class have
come to understand the true meaning of the holiday
season through the spirit of giving.
With
the help of their Home and Careers teacher Miss
DeFilippo and Speech Therapist Mrs. McGowen, and all the
teacher assistants and aides, students created handmade
scarves and stockings filled with homemade chocolate and
other goodies donated by teachers.
These
holiday gifts will be donated to a local residential
home for the developmentally disabled.
