Over the past several
years, fifth-and sixth-grade students, along with Draper teachers Kim Coelho and Kim Brassard, Pinewood teachers Jill Osinski and Marilyn Wagschall, with the help of retired teacher Patricia Rushby, have created and improved their notorious WROC Web Broadcasts.
At school’s end the team has several broadcasts under their belt thanks to the more than $17,500 in
te@ch grants
from Best Buy.
Draper and Pinewood students research, write, direct and produce all of the broadcasts using green screen technology, the newest video equipment and the Pinnacle program.

broadcasts, which illustrate the technology and process that the
students and teachers have worked so hard on throughout
the school year.
