DIRECTIONS TO INDOOR MEETS

Williams College:  Take NYS Thruway East (I-90) toward Albany.  Get off Exit 24.  Take the Northway (I-87 North) to Exit #7 (Route 7 East toward Cohoes/Troy).  Follow Rt. 7 East for ~9 miles.  Turn onto Rt. 2 East toward Williamstown.  Follow Rt. 2 for ~22 miles to the town of Williamstown.   Turn onto Water Street (Rt. 2 runs right into Water Street).  Take a Right onto Latham St.  The Town Fieldhouse will be on the right (82 Latham St.).    

Hudson Valley Community College:  Take NYS Thruway East (I-90) toward Albany.  Get off Exit 24.  I-90 east 6 miles to I-787 (North Troy). Follow I-787 North 2.2 miles to the exit for 378 East. Take Rt. 378 East over the bridge. Shortly after you cross the bridge there will be a light. At the light take a right (Morrison Ave. - very steep). At the next light facing Taco Bell, turn right (Rt. 4 South) and stay in left lane. At the next light take a left into Edward F. McDonough Health, Physical Education and Recreation Complex and go to the last parking area on your right.

RPI: Take NYS Thruway East (I-90) toward Albany.  Get off Exit 24.  Take the Northway (I-87 North) to Exit #7 (Route 7 East toward Cohoes/Troy).  Follow Rt. 7 East to Downtown Troy.  Take a Right onto 15th Street.  The Alumni Sports and Recreation Center (Armory)/Robison Swimming Pool will be on the left.

Union:  Take Erie Blvd. Take a right on Nott St.  Turn right into the campus at the VanVranken entrance.  Take the first left.  The fieldhouse is the first building on the left.

SUNY Albany:  Take Interstate 90 (Thruway) east to Exit 24.  After the tollbooths, proceed onto Interstate 90 east towards Boston.  Take Exit 2, Washington Avenue.  Cross Washington Avenue onto campus.   Follow University Drive, bearing right, one mile to Recreation & Convocation Center (RACC).  As you approach the RACC, parking is to the right of the building (south side of the arena).
