Questions about the Library

~ We are open Monday to Friday, 7:35 AM (sometimes earlier) to 2:50 PM

~ You ALWAYS need a pass for the library (from your study hall or classroom teacher). If you're coming from lunch, get a pre-signed pass from Ms. O'Keeffe or Mrs. Shaw. GOING BACK TO STUDY HALL? Don't just walk out! One of us needs to sign your pass

~ Sign-in at the circulation desk (RED clipboard)

~ You can borrow up to 4 items (no Reference), for 3 weeks

~ Overdues: You can renew all books, so don't be late! If your library materials are overdue, we can't give you any new materials; if your materials are a month overdue, you will lose library privileges

~ Need a book from another school? Fill out a request form at the circulation desk--we can get it through ILL (Interlibrary Loan)

~ You may sign up to use computers in the library. Remember: Scheduled classes get priority (sorry!)

~ Printing: Please ASK FIRST! We need to save paper, so absolutely NO CLASS COPIES

~ We have a photocopy machine--10¢ a copy

~ This is YOUR library ... Please be respectful to others and to library property. No food or drink. Music devices are allowed, but NO CELL PHONES.
