My Philosophy |

My mission as an educator is to provide my students with a quality education that encourages all of them to reach their full potential. Each student is a unique and wonderful person who has much to offer the class as well as the community. Since diversity is such a significant part of our society, I urge my students to respect and value their individuality and explore and learn from each other's differences. I aspire to maintain a supportive, caring, and safe classroom environment that enables my students to speak freely and openly, work productively, and become creative, self-confident thinkers. By providing them with many exciting learning experiences, I strive to help my students to develop an appreciation for learning and prepare them for the everyday challenges they will face.
