Draper holds annual Medieval Day

It was not unusual to pass a knight, or a court jester, or even a princess in the halls of Draper Middle School on Thursday, May 26, during the school's annual Medieval Day.
The day included heraldry, blacksmithing and weapons demonstrations, as well as medieval fighters and the annual trebuchet presentation and parade.
In addition, thanks to a donation from Home Depot, students were able to construct their own boats and periscopes. Home Depot employees also donated their time to help students in Mrs. Gallelli's class complete the project.
