Each group will be assigned an UNKNOWN mineral. The goal of your group will be to identify the mineral by the end of the chapter and present a SHORT report on it. (No more than 3 minutes).
Your report SHOULD include the following:
- the chemical formula of the mineral
- details of the mineral's uses and properties
- explain what type of rock the mineral occurs in
Your groups will be assigned to you by your teachers.
- visual component i.e. (poster)
- other interesting facts
