I graduated from Oneonta State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Grades K-6.  I received my masters degree from the College of St. Rose with a degree in Special Education Grades K-12.  

I have lived in Rotterdam all of my life and attended Bradt, Pinewood, Draper and Mohonasen High School. 

This is my 15th year of teaching.  I worked for 2 years at Estee Middle School  in Gloversville, I taught 5th grade at Pinewood for 9 years and this is my 4th year teaching 6th grade at Draper Middle School.

I am married and have two children.  My daughter is in third grade at Pinewood and my son is 5, and attends Bradt School.  

I am very close with my entire family.  I have 2 nieces, one is a 10th grader at Mohonasen, Nikki Davies.  I also have two nephews. 

I have one sister and two brothers, and two very loving parents.  I would not be who I am today without my parents who also watch my children while I am working! 

My favorite thing in the world is shopping!  I do this quite often!

Every summer my entire family travels to Ocean City Maryland, we have been doing this since 1980.  I love the ocean, amusement parks and the boardwalk! My other favorite place in the world is Disney!  

I love the New York Yankees!  Yankee stadium is another one of our favorite places to take the kids.  Go Yankees!!
