2009-2010 Tax Rates

As a result of taxable assed values and equalization rates, district taxpayers will see the following tax rates for the 2009-2010 school year:

  • Rotterdam: $14.9356 per $1,000 of assessed property value

  • Guilderland: $18.0066 per $1,000 of assessed property value

  • Colonie: $21.6842 per $1,000 of assessed property value
