Athletic Hall of Fame nominations due June 1
Mohonasen Central School District is seeking nominations for the Athletic Hall of Fame Program. Any individual can nominate a potential candidate by completing a Hall of Fame nomination application (PDF). All information should be returned to Joseph Scalise, Director of Health, Physical Education and Athletics, no later than June 1, 2010.
Girls bowling places second at sectionals
The Girls Varsity Bowling team came in second in the Class A Section 2 sectional tournament on Thursday, Feb. 4. Deanna Pfau had 2nd high single, while Rebecca Brown had 3rd high single. The other members of the team are Savannah Chinski, Kelly Freisatz, and Jessica Mazzo. Congratulation ladies!

JV golfer hits hole-in-one
Congratulations to Mohonasen eighth-grade student and JV golfer, Mike Redmond, who shot a hole-in-one on Sept. 10!
He hit the hole-in-one on the fourth hole at French's Hollow in Guilderland.
Sports physicals
To play on a team, or even practice, students must – by law – have a sports physical on file with the school nurse. The physical must be dated within the past calendar year of the current sport season. LEARN MORE

Attention all student-athletes
All prospective student-athletes intending to enroll in an NCAA Division I or II institution for the first time on or after August 1, 2007 must complete the NCAA Amateurism Certification questionnaire. (If you enrolled full time in a Division I or II institution prior to the Fall of 2007, you do not need to complete the amateurism questions.)
