NYS Assessments
Parent Information Evening for Grades 3-5 slated for March 24
Parents of students in grades 3-5 are invited to a Parent Information Evening at Pinewood school on March 24 to learn more about the NYS assessments in English language arts, math and science. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Topics for discussion will include:

Which ones does my child take?

How has your child been preparing for this test in his/her classroom?

How can you prepare your child at home?

Can I see a sample of the assessments?

How do I interpret the results of these assessments? What do they mean for my child?
