Last Friday, Bradt school held a Reading Extravaganza and Giffy’s BBQ.

The reading event honored those students who completed a summer reading assignment by reading “If you Give A Mouse A Cookie” by Laura Numeroff (the Bradt author of the month).

Students made a mouse puppet to use during the read aloud at the extravaganza. They also chose two books to read and keep, and received a certificate to Applebee's.

More than 250 students turned in a completed reading assignment.
