resident donates Draper jacket

Fred Zubal, of Lake Luzerne, found this former Draper School District mascot jacket in his basement while cleaning up after Tropical Storm Irene. He remembers that his cousin was a majorette for the old Draper High School, and he was the mascot when he was 6 years old. Although, he says he doesn’t remember wearing the jacket!
This past September, Zubal and his wife visited Mohonasen’s Draper Middle School, and presented Principal Debra Male with the mascot jacket. It is currently hanging in the school's lobby showcase.
