Pinewood students did a whole lot of jumping to raise money for the
American Heart Association this spring through the school's 21st
year of the Jump Rope for Heart program.
Physical education teacher Bill Mottola says the students raised $4,613.30 this year.
Pinewood has had over 3,000 students participate in Jump Rope for Heart and have raised over $205,000 to help the American Heart Association fight heart disease and stroke through research and education.
Thanks to all of the students who participated and to their family and friends who sponsored them in this great cause!
