Mohonasen High School senior Nicole Adach made local history books Tuesday night when she became the second female Mohonasen basketball player ever to score 1,000 points. Adach scored the point while at the foul line during Mohonasen's 63-50 defeat of Colonie.

The game was part of the team's senior night, and the victory means that Mohonasen is tied for the Suburban Council South Division Title. This is the first time a Mohonasen girls' varsity basketball team has achieved this feat.
