Bradt and Pinewood students win box top drawing
June 2008
The
final box tops drawing of the school year was held recently. Ten
lucky winners from Pinewood and Bradt Schools were drawn at random
to win a selection of box tops treats.
The winners from Pinewood School are: John Crowther (Mrs. Kuebler),
Samantha Ruggiero (Mrs. DePiero), Alysa Boisjoli (Mrs. Nelson), Kyle
Thomas (Ms. Pollick) and Jakcob Bolten (Mrs. DePiero).
The winners from Bradt School are: Sam Jensen (Miss Kennedy), Max
Provost (Mrs. Martin), Breanna Ableman (Mrs. Pace), Angelica Cook
(Mrs. Eggleston) and Jared Park (Mrs. Mosier).
Pinewood and Bradt students have already collected $1,000 worth of
box tops for next year’s program. Box tops collected during the
summer, September and October will be added to what we already have
and will be included in our December check from BoxTops for
Education. Go to the official site to see what products participate
in this program.
With your help in our fundraising programs, we were able to purchase
a new sound and public address system for the Pinewood cafeteria.
This makes it easier for all to hear during assemblies.

fund raising news
Our 2007 Hannaford Helps Schools program was our most successful program to date. In addition to the check for $729 that we received in April from Hannaford, Pinewood School received additional recognition. Our school redeemed the highest number of cash register tapes in the Rotterdam Hannaford area and was awarded a $1,000 grand prize! Currently, Ms. Hunter is working with staff to determine the best use for this unexpected windfall. More information should be available about this program by the end of August.
