Athletic Trainer - Mr. De Vito

Location Mr. De Vito's office is located in the high school gymnasium - between the boys locker room and the boys PE office. He can also be found at games and practices in the gym and outside on the playing fields. |
When to see Mr. De Vito Mr. De Vito is available for athletes in his office at 3pm daily. He usually leaves his office at 4pm for games and practices. All athletes leaving for away games should get there before 3 and wait for him. Generally athletes are seen on a first come first serve basis so athletes should get there early and wait to see him. Athletes who have late practices and need to see him should check the fields or have their coach call him. Before entering Mr. De Vito's office please be sure that all clothing, shoes/cleats, and areas needing attention are clean when seeking assistance prior to practice or games. Please keep all bags, equipment, cleats, food and drinks outside the athletic training room. |
Why athletes should see the athletic trainer Mr. De Vito is available for any athlete who thinks or feels that they may have and injury, illness, or any other physical condition that is abnormal or unusual (extreme muscle soreness, skin irritations, wounds that are not healing, excess fatigue, headaches, thirst, etc.). All athletes should let their coach know that they have a problem and will be going to see Mr. De Vito. Coaches are also encouraged to send athletes to the athletic trainer's office for injury treatment and prevention. |
