 There is a phase-in period for students who need to get 65 percent on two or more Regents exams.

 

  • The Class of 2009 needs to pass at least 2 Regents exams with a 65 percent or higher.

  • The Class of 2010 needs to pass at least 3 Regents exams with a 65 percent or higher.

  • The Class of 2011 needs to pass at least 4 Regents exams with a 65 percent or higher.

  • The Class of 2012 needs to pass at least 5 Regents exams with a 65 percent or higher.
