Do you like mysteries? Or is fact-finding your name of the game?  This year in ELA we will be reading many different genres both independently and throughout our literature circles.  In addition to reading, we use daily journals for writing, we complete a research project and make a movie trailer for one of our literature books.  Vocabulary and grammar are intertwined throughout the curriculum on a daily basis.
