Bradt Computer Lab

Welcome to Bradt Computer Lab!

 

Bradt is fortunate to have a beautiful and warm computer lab for young students from Kindergarten to 2nd grade.  Computers play an integral role in the education of our children.  They are a great resource for teachers to reinforce what is being taught in the classroom.   We have many educational programs.   Bradt has science, social studies, math, reading, and writing computer software.  Power Point and Kidspiration are used to enhance learning also.   It's fun to make a Power Point on famous people or use Kidspiration to make a diagram on the life cycle of a butterfly.

 

We access many educational web sites on the internet.  The internet expose students to a vast range of experiences and promote interactive learning.  Students are able to use the internet for research projects as an added resource to gather information. They can take a field trip through the forest.  It ties in with the second grades field trip to Five Rivers.  Through the use of computers, the academic needs of all students can be met in exciting and adventurous ways.  My love for computers in our school stem from the fact that it doesn’t discriminate against any student.  Computers bring adventure and fun to the lives of all STUDENTS.  

 

 

The climate in the lab is warm and inviting.
