Charles
M. Macejka is serving his first year of his second
term on the Board of Education, and was elected as
vice-president for the 2007-2008 school year.
He is an operations support specialist with the
U.S. Postal Service, where he has worked for 22
years.
Macejka
is a graduate of Mohonasen High School and also
attended Schenectady County Community College.
He
is a member of the Mohonasen Sports Boosters and a
former volunteer with the Mohon Masque Theatre
Group.
Macejka
was both president and vice president of Carman
Little League, was vice president and secretary of
the Capital District Boys' Basketball League, past
president of the Capital District Girls'
Basketball League, and former member of the Town
of Rotterdam Budget Review Committee. He is
Rotterdam Elks member, Democratic committeeman and
parishioner at St. Gabriel's Church.
Macejka
and his wife, Laura, have two children: Jordan,
who is a sophomore at Mohonasen High School; and
Jenna, who is a freshman at Mohonasen High School.
